Try with regular access point. If it doesnt work make an access point with apn: smartwap and without any proxy settings.
Install the app, launch it. Select the access point. Cancel initialization. Go to menu>settings>system>network>proxy and select Default1. Save settings. Now exit app and relaunch ucweb. You should be able to browse.
For the first 10min or so browsing might be extremely slow. Then it would go at rocket speed! Hope you all like it :).
