This utility enhances the X-plore,
namely the launch files. exe.
As is well known for S60, 3rd ed X-plore is unable to run.
Manual:
1.We put the program.
2.In X-plore, to files. Exe association to do SymbExec.
Application not emulate EXE files from the PC, and serves only to run the Symbian internal format. Exe files!
Caps.off.exe copied into a separate folder, and now includes full access without leaving the X-plore.
